The Attukal Pongala  is the ritual in Kerala which women prepare sweet payasam (a pudding made from rice, jaggery, coconut and plantains cooked together) and offer it to the Goddess or ‘Bhagavathy’.

KHNJ has been conducting Pongala in New Jersey since 2019 where you can perform this ritual in New Jersey. All the materials will be provided by KHNJ
